Founded in the spring of 2006 by the Mechanicsburg Area School District PTOs and Parent Advisory Committee, Operation Wildcat brings together community resources to support local students, families, and staff in need.
Our Lions Club is proud to partner with Operation Wildcat throughout the year by volunteering for several of its programs. Members assist with Operation Clothing, sorting and organizing donated clothing by size and gender; Operation Yard Sale, helping with checkout and organizing the sales floor; Operation Back to School, collecting school supplies to help students begin the school year prepared for success; and other projects as they come up throughout the year.
We are honored to support Operation Wildcat and its mission of strengthening our local community through compassion and service.
